slowly i'm sailing over the sea gently i fall asleep to the sound of waves quitely i'm drifting away i get lost in the waves it's too dark it's too dark i'm too blind to see and the sea keeps turning around me i never wanted to jump in the water haven't been keen on meeting whales and sharks and i never wanted to cross the ocean but i have got no choice unless i want to drown here
2.
Little House 05:20
morning comes and hides the houses in fog but you are going to find me in that little house on the right it is painted in red i've got a table a chair and a bed and a garden with cherry trees and white smoke in the chimney it is just as big as a car and it has only one window and a door well the door you cannot close and when it rains it rains through the roof but i like it 'cause it's mine and i never wondered what it would be like to live in a castle or a big house no i never wanted to move out i want to live in my little house
3.
sometimes i feel like i'm made of paper and the wind is whirling me around and then i think i need some heavy boots to keep my feet down on the ground and sometimes i feel like i'm a child and my parents left me alone and then i think i need some strong hands to build me up a safe home sometimes i feel like i'm a wild horse and no one's taking care of me but i'd never trade care for freedom i rather stay out in the fields i think i am a bird of paper with wings that are too light to fly i need to wait for the wind to lift me up and make me fly
4.
Gardener 04:40
your ship won't arrive in the harbor tonight 'cause you've thrown the anchor too close to the beach and now the tide has pulled the water back to the open sea and suddenly you remember something you tried to forget oh suddenly you know that you always you always wanted to be a gardener you always wanted to be a gardener and now you're a sailor now you're a sailor just like your father had told you to become but then you know just what to do and you run straight to the coast and nothing nothing can hold you back now not the night that's coming in and the water that's coming back he always wanted to be a gardener he always wanted to be a gardener and now he's a-floating down in the ocean where his dreams died long time ago
5.
Waves 04:07
darling you took me to the cliffs where the sun goes down and you took my hand until the sun had gone and when the night came and laid it's black coat around our eyes oh my darling with the sound of the waves you turned to silver dust and the waves took you away last night i had a dream about you my dear i saw your lips moving but the words i couldn't hear but in the morning i listened to the sea i sat still and then the ocean whispered to me and it said what you long to keep will be taken from you until you've learned until you've learned to let you what you long to keep will be taken from you just like the waves it comes and goes
